Настоящий доклад – результат совместных научных исследований, посвященных сравнительному анализу реформ высшего образования и науки во Франции и Российской Федерации. Одним из важнейших направлений реформ является построение новой модели современного университета, в котором и форма, и содержание призваны ответить на серьезные вызовы эпохи цифровой революции и перехода к новому технологическому укладу, характеризующейся усилением конкуренции на мировом рынке услуг высшего образования и ростом спроса на креативно мыслящих специалистов, инноваторов. Новому университету не на словах, а на деле важно объединить образовательный процесс с научными исследованиями, стать центром притяжения для всех заинтересованных сторон региона, чтобы решать конструктивные задачи устойчивого развития его экосистемы в самом широком смысле слова. Один из подходов к построению новой модели университета не только в теории, но и на практике становления нового Университета Лазурного берега представлен в настоящем докладе.

В книге представлены сведения о ключевых авторах, теориях и методах, которые относятся к научному направлению социальных исследований новых медиа. В книге обосновывается идея социального перелома в современной России, вызванного сменой поколений. Развивается социологический подход к анализу поколений, построена их оригинальная классификация. Особый фокус делается на поколении миллениалов, вступивших в период взросления в 2000-е годы. Для сравнительного анализа поколений используются данные Российского мониторинга экономического положения и здоровья населения НИУ ВШЭ (1994–2016 гг.). Обнаружены устойчивые значимые межпоколенческие различия в планировании семьи, использовании цифровых технологий, приверженности здоровому образу жизни, уровне религиозности, оценке своего субъективного благополучия и по другим социальным показателям. Выявлены случаи, когда миллениалы ускоряют ранее сложившиеся тренды, и случаи, когда они обеспечивают перелом этих трендов. Книга завершается эссе о характерных чертах миллениалов и вызовах, возникших в ходе обучения нового молодого поколения.

В одних странах, городах, компаниях и семьях люди спокойно относятся к 15-минутным опозданиям, мусору под ногами, мятой одежде, бурной жестикуляции, пререканиям детей с взрослыми и подчиненных с руководством. Однако, как и раньше, ничего не делается для научно обоснованного мониторинга этих газов.

В работе на основе данных RLMS-HSE за 1994–2016 гг. проведено оценивание изменений удовлетворенности жизнью, вызванных началом совместного проживания и заключением брака. Результаты получены методом разрывного дизайна в рамках регрессий среднего, моделей упорядоченного выбора и моделей с дихотомизированной зависимой переменной. Положительное влияние смены семейного статуса на удовлетворенность жизнью у женщин выявлено во всех случаях, кроме вступления в брак после совместного проживания. Для мужчин устойчивым к смене модели и сокращению ширины окна наблюдений оказался эффект начала совместного проживания.
